Our team follow the Murphy James Builders "Rules onsite" to ensure that you and your home are respected throughout the entire process.
To give you piece of mind we provide you with a custom quote for your project. We use a comprehensive checklist to ensure that we provide for you an accurate and detailed costing with minimal prime cost and provisional sum items. Onsite we will provide a quote for any variations that arise and only begin variation works when given the OK from you to proceed.
We understand that when you're building that your lives will be temporarily interrupted. In some cases, you may not have a working bathroom, cooking facilities or you may even be renting whilst your project is under construction. If your project runs overtime, we will pay you $50 for everyday that your project runs over.
We only use qualified and reference checked tradesman that buy in to the quality standards of Murphy James Builders. We use our 605-point quality assurance checklist to ensure that your project is closely monitored throughout the entire build to achieve a high-quality finished home.
We will keep you informed throughout the entire building period. We will communicate with you regularly to update you with how your project is progressing and address any questions or concerns you may have. You can relax knowing that your project is in safe hands.
