Where old meets new
This brick home used to be a two bedroom house. With our help, we extended the rear of the home and created a four bedroom home using a mixture of render and weatherboards.
Upon entry to this gorgeous home, you are greeted with a beautiful, wide, long hallway which leads you through the old house into the new extension.
The new extension has breathtakingly high raked ceilings with three impressive skylights. The amount of natural light coming into the home instantly brightens the room and makes you feel right at home. The floor to ceiling fire place feature panelling is what your eyes are drawn to and instantly makes the space warm and inviting.
Unique gable detailing
Another fun element within the new extension is the pops of colour. In the kitchen you will see subtle soft baby blue paint covering the cupboards. Then in the main bedroom and the ensuite you will spy a gorgeous pastel mint green panelling on the vanity, cupboards and a little pop below the bench seat.
From the backyard standing under the old gumtree, you obtain the most beautiful view of the rear of the home. What stands out the most is the unique gable detailing which compliments the exposed rafter eaves.
